🖋 Manuscript Submission Guidelines

  • Each registrant may submit only ONE manuscript for publication consideration.

  • Manuscripts must first be submitted to the official XAFS2026 conference website for pre-review.

  • Full papers are required for journal publication consideration.

  • Submissions passing the initial conference review—confirmed via email—will be invited to submit to the RPC Editorial online system.

  • All manuscripts submitted to RPC will undergo standard peer review, in accordance with the journal’s policies for special issues.

  • Full paper submission opens on June 1, 2026. Authors are strongly encouraged to consult the guidelines carefully to ensure compliance.

 

Review & Publication Timeline

  • The Scientific Program Committee aims to complete peer reviews within 3 to 6 months after submission.

  • Publication in the RPC journal may take an additional 6 to 18 months, depending on the journal’s editorial workflow and review outcome.
