To qualify for the early-bird rate, the registration must be fully completed and received by this deadline. After that, the regular rate applies, and payment must be completed before the final registration deadline on May 31, 2026, at 23:59 Indochina Time (UTC+7). ​  To ensure a comfortable experience for all attendees, the online registration system will be closed once the venue reaches its full capacity, even if this occurs before the official deadline.

Registration fees are charged per person and in Thai currency, including the following services:

For the conference participants:

• Admission to all conference sessions
• Welcome reception on Sunday, June 21, 2026
• Lunch on Monday, June 22 to Friday, June 26, 2026, at the conference venue
• Coffee/tea breaks during the conference
• Conference booklet and access to abstract book
• Conference souvenir

Changes to Registration

Request to modify your original registration will be accepted unitl May 15, 2026. All changes must be submitted in writing to the Registration Secretariat to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. 

Cancellation Policy

• Registration fee and/or conference dinner fee will be refunded if a request is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and received before May 15, 2026, for the following cases:
        - Case A: an administration fee of  THB 3,000 will be deducted from any refund of a registration fee.
        - Case B: an administration fee of  THB 500 will be deducted from any refund of a conference dinner fee.
        - Case C: an administration fee of THB 1400 will be deducted for any change from an IXAS-member rate to a student rate.
        - Case D: an administration fee of THB 1600 will be deducted for any change from a regular rate to a student rate.
  
• Refunds for Case B-D will be provided in THB at the conference venue.
• For any refund processed via bank transfer upon request, any associated bank wire-transfer fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 15, 2026.
