All Manuscripts must be submitted through XAFS2026 website for pre-screening process by Academic Committee before further processing.Full paper submission on the conference website will be opened June 26, 2026 and deadline July 31, 2026 . Pre-screening process takes around 1 month. Notification email will be sent to the author for submission to journal September 1, 2026.

Each registrant may submit only ONE manuscript for publication consideration.

Manuscripts must first be submitted to the official XAFS2026 conference website for pre-review.

Full papers are required for journal publication consideration.

Submissions passing the initial conference review—confirmed via email—will be invited to submit to the RPC Editorial online system.

All manuscripts submitted to RPC will undergo standard peer review, in accordance with the journal’s policies for special issues.
